Since 2005, the singing of the Whitsun Song in Whaddon has been going ahead. On Saturday we have a folk evening with music and dancing, and on Whit Sunday a procession round the village, followed by a church service and more dancing. Whitsun 2008 was blessed with wonderful weather. The two Morris teams who took part were the Devil's Dyke Morris Men (as usual), and White Rose Morris Men; John Jenner of Cambridge Morris Men was also there. We are very grateful to Chris Rose who took all the photos.
